Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

The Cleansing Kit consists of products work together well to help cleanse and nourish both skin and scalp, without risk of injury or irritation.
Environmentally friendly, these products may it easy to keep healthy and clean, even when it is difficult to have a regular shower or bath. The Cleansing Kit includes 4 disposable washcloth packs; 2 perineal treatment gloves; 2 x shampoo caps and 4 adult wipe packs.
Bedbath disposable washcloths clean the skin using a pH closest to that of normal healthy skin. Extra soft cloths nourish and moisturise with Aloe and Vitamin E. Ideal for all areas of the body, including the face.
One size fits all, the Perineal Treatment Glove is designed to cleanse, deodorise and moisturise while protecting the delicate skin of the perineum and other sensitive and intimate areas. An ultra-soft, disposable cleaning glove with moisturising and deodorising skin-protecting properties.
One size fits all, the Shampoo Cap is great for people living with a diagnosis of dementia or anyone unable to regularly use a shower or rinse basin. The cap contains a rinse-free shampoo and conditioner to clean and soften the hair, without the need for water. The elasticised cap is warmed, placed on the head and then massaged through the hair.
The extra-large, disposable Adult Wipes can be used to wash face and hands. Impregnated with a gentle no-rinse cleansing formula which is pH balanced and hypoallergenic to soothe sensitive skin. Also contains Aloe Vera for skin conditioning.
