Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

The AchilloTrain Pro Ankle Support is designed to treat swelling, pain and injury in the Achilles tendon. Suitable for any level of activity, the pain relief and active support demonstrates the best in German design and manufacturing to give you support when and where you need it.
An Achilles sleeve for repeated strains, tears and swelling across the tendon and lower calf, the AchilloTrain pro combines an expansive gel massage pad that covers the entire tendon with a firm anatomical fit for anything you throw at it. Ideal for Achilles tears, ruptures, chronic swelling and pain in the lower calf.
- Pressure-reduced edges - Ensures comfortable fit without constricting movement, bunching or slipping. Improves circulation.
- Longer length - Sits higher up the calf and supports the upper muscles, tendons, joints and nerve endings.
- Winged massaging inserts - The upper third tendon and area where the muscle meets the tendon, as well as nerve endings, are stimulated by two wing-like massaging inserts.
